Description of serviceMigrate 101 is a social networking site designed to facilitate contact, communication & networking between people who are migrating, or have migrated, from one country to another. Migrate 101 can be used to keep in touch with friends and family, and to establish new contacts & networks in new countries. Acceptance of termsBy using Migrate 101 services you agree to adhere to these terms. Migrate 101 reserves the right to modify these terms without notice. If you do not agree to these terms, you cannot use Migrate 101. Migrate 101 may, from time to time update these terms without notice. These rules and regulations, when they appear, should be considered to be part of these terms and conditions. AccountsMigrate 101 provides access to free membership accounts. By using our services you agree to our right to change the account structure, services offered, pricing, or any other aspect of the service at any time. When you register with us you are stating that you are over 18 years of age or are a minor over 13 years of age with parental consent to use the service you are registering for. PLEASE NOTE that all minors are recommended to discuss these terms and conditions with their parents or legal guardian before they complete any registration process or provide us with any information about themselves. Posted contentMigrate 101 does not claim ownership of content you create, upload, transmit or make available in any way on Migrate 101. By posting content on Migrate 101 you grant Migrate 101 a non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free worldwide license to copy, use, translate, modify, adapt, store, and reproduce the content for the purposes of displaying, publishing, distributing, and transmitting the content on Migrate 101 and affiliated sites. If you remove content from Migrate 101, this license will be terminated. Migrate 101 may cancel your account and delete all content associated with your account at any time, and without notice, if we deem that you have violated the terms of this agreement, or for any other reason. Migrate 101 assumes no liability for any information removed from our site for violating these terms. You may also cancel your account at any time. This cancellation takes effect immediately. After a cancellation, Migrate 101 will automatically remove all content associated with your account (but not content you may have posted in public forums or domains, or in other members' areas). Security of Migrate 101 User Names and Passwords Migrate 101 accounts are protected by a username and password. You agree to keep your password secure and not to disclose it to anyone. You also agree not to solicit or use another member's account and password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account. We reserve the right to remove any material or cancel the account of any person we determine violates any of these terms. We also reserve the right to turn over to law enforcement personnel any content created, uploaded, transmitted, distributed or made available in any way on Migrate 101 that we deem may be in violation of these terms or any applicable law. Furthermore, we reserve the right to prosecute fraudulent orders.
